On stage
My work comes from Instant Composition, a practice that brings improvisation into the realm of composition and performance. The aim is not simply to improvise, but to develop the technical, perceptual and compositional tools needed to construct an artistic form at the very moment it unfolds.
The roots of this process lie in the body. Perception gives rise to listening; listening gives rise to movement; and from movement, a continuous relationship between space, time, presence, rhythm and composition takes shape. Improvisation thus becomes a true artistic discipline, founded on rigorous training and the ability to make decisions in real time.
Choreography is both the result and the field of exploration of improvisation: a living material that is composed, transformed and organised in the present. Just as a craftsman works with a material to give shape to a unique object, the performer shapes movement whilst moving through it. Every performance is therefore unrepeatable: a composition that exists only in the moment it is shared with the audience.
My work is conceived for the stage, festivals, events and performance contexts in which dance can engage with space, architecture, the audience and other art forms. The composition may unfold through movement, but also through speech, silence, rhythm, atmosphere and stage presence.
The resulting performances are characterised by a strong sense of immediacy and the ability to connect. The audience does not simply watch a pre-determined choreography, but becomes part of a process that unfolds before their very eyes. The work can move between dance, theatre and performance, traversing different registers, from the poetic to the surreal, from the grotesque to everyday life.
This openness makes each project particularly sensitive to its context. The space is not merely the venue where the performance is presented, but becomes part of the composition. The relationship with the architecture, the characteristics of the venue and the presence of the audience can radically alter what happens on stage.
Ultimately, being on stage means entering into a system of relationships: between performer and audience, between body and space, between individual experience and the collective dimension. The performance thus also becomes a way of questioning the present, the social and cultural fabric in which we live.
Dance is not merely what happens on stage: it is the process through which a body, a space and an audience together construct something that did not exist before.
For this reason, my work can be featured in dance and theatre festivals, performing arts seasons, interdisciplinary programmes, independent venues, museums, unconventional spaces and site-specific projects, adapting to the artistic and spatial characteristics of each context.

Instant Composition
The improvisation workshops I run in Senigallia, Recanati and Morro d’Alba are open to anyone who wishes to explore movement, explore improvisational dance and practise instant composition. No specific training is required, although some knowledge of dance or other physical practices may be helpful.
Each session is a unique and singular experience, built around a specific theme that serves as a starting point for exploring the body, perception, space, time, choreography and instant composition.
workshops
In the various sessions, improvisation is explored as a practice of instant composition: a process in which perception and movement generate one another. Composition is not the result of a pre-established plan, but emerges from listening to the present moment and from the ability to recognise the possibilities that each moment offers.

collaborations
My international stage collaborations are rooted in a long-standing artistic relationship with Julyen Hamilton and Allen’s Line, with whom I have been working since 2012. Through this collaboration, I have performed and presented productions across Belgium, France, Norway, the Czech Republic and Italy, developing a practice grounded in improvisation, instant composition and live performance.
Alongside this ongoing work, I have collaborated with Sosta Palmizi and with AMAT – Associazione Marchigiana Attività Teatrali, taking part in performances and projects within the Italian contemporary dance and performing arts scene.
These experiences have contributed to a continuous exchange between different artistic contexts, approaches and performance practices.
