Diary of practice – day 4
Essential notes collected from this fourth day:
– there are ‘mind-body states’ that behave like elementary particles in the quantum world: sudden, fast, short-lived, unpredictable. These ‘states’ are associated with equally unpredictable, rapid, sudden and short-lived (but still complete) choreographies and texts;
– I might extend the spirals’ journey further into the body (slow down? physically extend the body without bringing muscular tension? both options in the right proportions?) and at the same time listen to them more when they leave the body;
– The need to find an appropriate costume is beginning to make itself felt. From the next times I will try to feed this desire.
