Creative process for an improvisation performance through the tools of instant composition and video
1) the only initial idea before entering the studio was the presence of a log;
2) I set the alarm at 40 minutes;
3) I danced for 40 minutes and recorded the session;
4) at home I watched the film, I’ve analysed it, created exercises and noted situations to work on in the studio;
5) of the 40 minutes of the film I extracted a 1st selection of 10 minutes and then a 2nd selection of less than 4 minutes;
6) I share this short video for feedback, comment or simple appreciation 🙂
