DESCRIPTION:Gruppo di ricerca sulla Composizione Istantanea\nI martedì dalle 10:00 alle 13:00 a Morro d’Alba  –  Vedi calendario \nImprovvisare significa imparare a relazionarsi con il proprio corpo\, con gli altri e con il mondo attorno\, sviluppando una capacità di ascolto che permette di agire nel presente con consapevolezza e precisione. \nIl laboratorio è rivolto a danzatori e danzatrici con un livello intermedio di esperienza nella danza e propone un percorso di ricerca sulla Composizione Istantanea\, intesa come pratica artistica capace di trasformare l’improvvisazione in una forma di composizione scenica. \nAttraverso il lavoro sul peso\, sulla percezione\, sull’ascolto e sulle dinamiche del movimento\, esploreremo il rapporto tra corpo\, coscienza\, massa\, spazio e tempo. Dalla musicalità interna del corpo alla relazione con i suoni e la musica\, impareremo a riconoscere ciò che accade nel momento e a trasformarlo in materiale compositivo. \nLa spontaneità dell’improvvisazione incontrerà così la precisione dell’azione: non si tratta semplicemente di lasciarsi trasportare dal momento\, ma di sviluppare la capacità di scegliere\, ascoltare e comporre mentre si danza. \nLavoreremo sulla relazione tra individuo e gruppo\, sulla capacità di assumere diversi ruoli all’interno della composizione e sull’ascolto della coreografia mentre prende forma. DESCRIPTION:Instant Composition\n  \nDance is a relational and dynamic human activity. Every movement arises from the encounter between the body\, others and the environment around us. The body does not simply occupy a space: it perceives it\, alters it and is continually transformed by it. It is within this ceaseless dialogue that dance takes shape. \nIn this workshop\, improvisation is explored as a practice of instant composition: a process in which perception and movement generate one another. Composition is not the result of a pre-established plan\, but emerges from attuning to the present moment and the ability to recognise the possibilities that each instant offers. \nThrough the experience of weight\, gravity\, contact and directions in space\, we will explore the ongoing relationship between the body and the world. Movement will arise from sensation; choreography from movement; performance from choreography. Dance thus becomes a way of knowing\, in which every movement is at once perception\, decision and continuous transformation. \nChoreography is constructed as it unfolds. The compositional material emerges from the interplay between intention\, imagination and circumstances. Just as a craftsman works the material in his hands\, the dancer learns to shape the movement that emerges in the present\, recognising its qualities and organising it in time and space. \nThis practice develops active listening\, a readiness to act\, trust in one’s intuition and the ability to inhabit the present moment in a natural and spontaneous way. The focus shifts from producing movements to cultivating the conditions in which dance can emerge. \nWe will work individually\, in pairs and in groups\, refining our ability to interpret the relationships that arise between bodies\, space and time. DESCRIPTION:Instant Composition and dance improvisation\nImprovising means learning to relate to your body\, to others\, and to the space around you\, all simultaneously and in a spontaneous and natural way.\nStarting from this premise\, we will work on a dance technique that helps transform improvisation from something spontaneous into a true artistic practice. DESCRIPTION:Environment and Atmosphere \nDance is an open\, relational and dynamic human activity. During the workshop\, we will begin by studying the relationship between the environment external and internal to the body (organism-world). We will then move on to exploring the relationships between the body and the Earth’s mass (weight and support)\, eventually including the relationships between the joints and directions in space (the creation of choreography in the flow of the present). \nAfterwards\, we will explore the relationship between ourselves and our dancing\, between our choreographies and the presence of an observer\, to arrive at the dancer-audience relationship in performance.Creating and receiving movement\, and leaving your own choreographic mark on the atmosphere within a space are just some of the themes explored during the composition sessions. \nThe class is open to anyone wishing to study improvisation as a performing art.

The stage becomes a shifting landscape in which bodies and sounds appear like traces of stories that are never fully revealed. \nBetween abstraction and familiarity\, the performance moves through suspended territories\, evoking fragmented memories\, fleeting relationships\, and situations that could belong equally to dreams and everyday life. The images do not follow a linear narrative\, but unfold through associations\, displacements\, and poetic collisions. \nThe work navigates between musicality\, poetry\, and absurdity. The rhythm of the composition does not lead the audience toward a single meaning\, but instead opens a space for free imagination and listening\, where perception and interpretation remain constantly fluid. \nDrift Atlas invites the audience to embrace uncertainty and allow themselves to be carried by images and atmospheres without needing to define them. What matters is not arriving at a conclusion\, but inhabiting the movement of things as they take shape and disappear again.

SUMMARY:Fil Rouge
DESCRIPTION:Description of the performance\n\n\n\n\nFil Rouge is a performance in which action and voice bring mythological narratives to life. Through the immediate and dynamic movement of the bodies on stage\, choreographies transform into stories – sometimes ordinary\, sometimes surreal – as everyday life merges with absurdity. A sensory journey in which movement becomes meaning\, breath becomes word and the stage a place of metamorphosis\, where myth takes shape in the dancers’ bodies. Fil Rouge is a theatrical rite\, a dance piece where the body generates the symbolic\, giving shape to gods and archetypes in a continuous flow of transformation. Fil Rouge was conceived jointly by seven international dancers during residencies in Berlin and Italy in 2023-24. The participating artists share a deep and common interest in a specific performative language.
