DESCRIPTION:Instant Composition Class\nDuring this class\, we will explore the connections between the body and its internal and external environments\, investigating the ongoing dialogue that exists among the body and the world.\nFrom there\, we will delve deeper into the relationship between the body and Earth’s gravity — exploring weight\, support and grounding — before broadening our focus to the interaction between joints\, trajectories of movement and spatial directions\, allowing the choreography to emerge in the flow of the present moment. \nWe will then turn our attention to the relationship between the dancer and their own movement\, examining how choreography takes shape through awareness\, intention and presence. From this perspective\, we will explore the intersection of choreography and observation\, ultimately arriving at the dynamic relationship between performer and audience.\nCreating and receiving movement\, composing in real time\, and leaving a unique choreographic imprint on the atmosphere of a space are among the themes that will guide our compositional practices. \nFor further information: mira.kolanen@jojo.fi

DESCRIPTION:Environment and Atmosphere \nDance is an open\, relational and dynamic human activity. During the workshop\, we will begin by studying the relationship between the environment external and internal to the body (organism-world). We will then move on to exploring the relationships between the body and the Earth’s mass (weight and support)\, eventually including the relationships between the joints and directions in space (the creation of choreography in the flow of the present). \nAfterwards\, we will explore the relationship between ourselves and our dancing\, between our choreographies and the presence of an observer\, to arrive at the dancer-audience relationship in performance.Creating and receiving movement\, and leaving your own choreographic mark on the atmosphere within a space are just some of the themes explored during the composition sessions. \nThe class is open to anyone wishing to study improvisation as a performing art.

DESCRIPTION:𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗮 – 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲\n\n\n\nUNA PRATICA DI ASCOLTO E CREAZIONE IN TEMPO REALE IN CUI IL CORPO\, LO SPAZIO E LE ALTRE PERSONE CHE DANZANO DIVENTANO MATERIA VIVA PER UNA COREOGRAFIA CHE NASCE NELL’ISTANTE.\nUN EVENTO di ABC-ALLEGRA BRIGATA CINEMATICA\nall’interno del progetto cittadiDanza\ncon la collaborazione e il sostegno del Comune di Bergamo\nrealizzato con il contributo di Fondazione della Comunità Bergamasca\, della Regione Lombardia\, della Provincia di Bergamo e di Fondazione ASM e in collaborazione con Festival Danza Estate.\n\n\nTra gli obiettivi di cittadiDanza c’è l’alta formazione e l’aggiornamento per chi lavora nell’ambito della danza come performer\, insegnante\, coreograf*\, studios*. Per questo siamo felici di poter ospitare Paolo Cingolani\, un artista che opera nel campo del teatro e della danza\, per un laboratorio intensivo.\n\n\nLABORATORIO INTENSIVO PER ESPLORARE LA COMPOSIZIONE ISTANTANEA.\nLa danza è un’attività umana relazionale e dinamica. Ogni movimento nasce dall’incontro tra il corpo\, gli altri e l’ambiente che ci circonda. Il corpo non occupa semplicemente uno spazio: lo percepisce\, lo modifica e ne viene continuamente trasformato.
