DESCRIPTION:Instant Composition and dance improvisation\nImprovising means learning to relate to your body\, to others\, and to the space around you\, all simultaneously and in a spontaneous and natural way.\nStarting from this premise\, we will work on a dance technique that helps transform improvisation from something spontaneous into a true artistic practice. We will move from the perception of weight to the creation of movements\, from listening to the body to the construction of a choreography. \nWe will explore the relationship between movement\, consciousness\, and environment\, moving from the music present in the environment to the internal musicality of our movements.\nDancing thus becomes a way to flow through the present moment\, without trying to control it. \nThe spontaneity of creation and the precision of action will come together in a movement practice designed to develop the ability to create instant choreography.\nWe will learn to compose together\, to act as a group and as individuals\, and to listen to the choreography that arises in the moment. \nFo reservation: dock11-berlin.de/tanzschule/programm/profiklassen\n19 to 24 of October
